Rocky Winter Training

When: November 4th – December 16th

Time: 6:15 – 7:15pm

Who: All boys HS players, grades 9-12


Players will be divided up into two teams.

Group 1 will be working on shooting, and I would like the Defensive players to be involved in this as well. 

Group 2 will be working on speed, agility and quickness training. 


In addition to working on lacrosse skills, it is very important for athletes to work on speed, agility and quickness training.

We have hired Michael Wilson to run the speed, agility and quickness training.  Michael is the owner of The Forge at NoCo and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Power Athlete Certified Coach. 


I also want to continue to encourage players to hit the weight room. Each High School offers strength training as a class and has hours before and after school so players can use the facilities.  Please reach out to your High School determine which programs you can enroll in. 


Lastly, Nutrition is the key to growth.  Players are encouraged to download MyFitnessPal and learn how to track the food they eat on a daily basis.  I am more than happy to help with this. If you email  your son's Age, Height and Weight to me, I can calculate what their calorie, carbs, fat and protein intake should be. I can also help them before or after practice on setting this up in MyFitnessPal so they can start to tracking!
